In conjunction with Open Sessions 9: Cartography of Ghosts, please join us for a program featuring artists Kabir Carter, Torkwase Dyson, and Chat Travieso.

Kabir Carter will use a moving microphone to sonically explore the galleries, expanding the audience's perception of The Drawing Center's architecture.

Torkwase Dyson will discuss her current work in progress The Wynter-Wells Drawing School for Environmental Justice which combines art and design with theorizations of space, architecture, and infrastructure.

Chat Travieso will give an artist talk and lead an activity centered on his latest project, "101 Ways to Subvert a Wall," a handbook for poetic action that considers a variety of tactics to undermine the function of a wall as a barrier.
