In Conversation: Viewing Program 20/21 Artists Jagdeep Raina, Adam Liam Rose, InYoung Yeo
In this conversation, Viewing Program 20/21 artists Jagdeep Raina, InYoung Yeo, and Adam Liam Rose will join The Drawing Center's Artist In Residence, Lisa Sigal, to speak about their unique drawing practices, which include perpetually simulated surfaces, ancient traditions of Kashmir embroidery, and drawings which reference the relationship between Israeli and American safety infrastructures.
This program is presented as part of Viewing Program 20/21, a new initiative that builds upon the The Drawing Center’s longstanding support of contemporary artists. The program offers sixty participating artists mentorship in the form of virtual studio visits by The Drawing Center’s Artist in Residence and portfolio reviews by The Drawing Center’s curatorial team. From this pool of sixty artists, six have been selected to host an online public program.
