Closing Celebration: Where Do We Stand? Two Years of Drawing with Open Sessions

Please join us for a closing celebration at the Drawing Center of Where Do We Stand? Two Years of Drawing with Open Sessions, the culminating exhibition of the OS program, giving over the entire museum to experimental approaches to drawing on September 10, 6pm. FREE, no RSVP needed.

Artist Daniel Bozhkov will lead a performative tour at 6:30pm, illuminating his unique perspective of the artworks in the exhibition and the drawing medium. Daniel Bozhkov a employs variety of media, from fresco to performance and video, and works with professionals from different fields using different strategies to activate public space. He says, "My projects are embedded in the worlds of genetic science, department mega-stores and world-famous tourist sites, where I enter as an intruder/visitor who produces new strains of meaning into seemingly closed systems."
