Selections Winter 1999 was one of a continuing series of exhibitions which brought the work of emerging and under-represented artists to public attention. These exhibitions provided artists with the opportunity to present a significant body of work and demonstrated the diversity of content, materials, and formal concerns found in contemporary drawing.
