This volume presents nearly 300 drawings—many never before published—by German Egyptian multimedia artist Susan Hefuna (b. 1962), for whom drawing has been the foundation of a diverse practice for three decades. A preface by Brett Littman and newly commissioned texts by scholars Alexis Lowry, Ruba Katrib, and Vassilis Oikonomopoulos accompany a chronology of drawings made since 1988.
