Opening Reception: Alexandre Singh, Ignacio Uriarte, Ishmael Randall Weeks

Join us on Wednesday, January 16 from 6 to 8pm for the opening reception of our Alexandre Singh, Ignacio Uriarte, and Ishmael Randall Weeks exhibitions at 35 Wooster Street.

The exhibition in the Main Gallery isAlexandre Singh: The Pledge on view from Thursday, January 17 to Wednesday, March 13, 2013.The Pledge the first North American museum exhibition of works by the artist, will be comprised of the artist’s new series ofAssembly Instructions. Also on view during this period areIgnacio Uriarte: Line of Work inspired by Uriarte's former career in business administration the pieces showcase the aesthetics of the office and its travails; andIshmael Randall Weeks: Cuts, Burns, Punctures a meditation on recent Peruvian history in the form of a double slide projection using found slides. All three shows will be on view during the January 16 reception.
